I picked up Alex off the couch and set the book on my desk. I carried her to our room and closed the door behind me.
Alex was still asleep. I set her down on the bed and went to the door and to the guest room and grabbed my bag full of clothes. I took them back to my room and started putting them back where they belong. I turned and looked at Alex on the bed. She was sound asleep. My beautiful mate. I'm sorry for how I treated you. I walked out our room and to the kitchen and grabbed an apple. I was heading for the gym. That's what I do every day. Wake up, get an apple, eat it while making my way to the gym.
My workout is just like any other work out is. I start with stretching. Then I run for an hour then I lift weights till I get tired. I'm usually in there for three
