Ruined.
The night of Archer's birthday dinner was supposed to be full of excitement and anticipation, as everyone had been eager to celebrate his special day. I hoped that it would be a perfect chance for Denzel and Archer to have a chance to get along and talk about things and be joyous and festive even for once.
The meals I made were with pure love and utmost care, and the table was decked with candles and festive decorations to Archer's delight, including the color he favored and absolutely liked. Everyone was looking forward to seeing Archer's reaction to his birthday celebrations, and they were hoping for a fun and memorable evening.
But all was ruined.
