Twenty-Five ABOUT AN HOUR LATER, Helen and I are sitting in Gladys’ office, looking at the large center screen at a shot of Dale Riddle sitting alone in the interrogation room. “Why aren’t you doing the interview?” I ask. Helen shrugs. “Simple. It’s Dan’s case. And we’re shaking things up a bit.
