---POV Benson---     I didn’t sleep a wink last night. I situated myself in the middle of the bed and the boys clinged onto me on one side and Julie on the other. I gently rested my arms over the three of them and let my hands aimlessly pet them the entire night. I don’t think last night was easy for any of us, but Julie reliving past trauma and the boys having to see the aftermath was enough to keep me on high alert for the rest of the night.
