"Surprise test....!!!"

Mrs Harris our maths teacher announced as she entered the classroom.

I hate to admit but I am annoyed with these surprise test. It's not that I am not good at studies besides I am an A grade student. But I don't like these surprise tests because I know that I will be the only one to get good marks in the test and my dearest classmates will eat me alive by blaming me for their humiliation.

This is not my fault that they don't study and are not able to complete a surprise test and then teacher sets me as an example so that all other will study but that doesn't ends up well for me ever.

So now get ready for me to die due to accusing I am going to listen after test.

"Miss Martin" Mrs Harris said and handed me my question paper.

Hmm so this is not that difficult. I believe that I am going to complete the paper within the given time. So lets start to write.

In my class I am the only one who is interested in studies because all others have their own interests. But other than studies I am also interested in something else, my crush my Noah. I still remember the I first saw him.

Five years ago I was twelve years old at that time.

That evening I was in park near my house sitting on the corner most bench and crying because my stepdad Jason gave my chocolate to my step brother Matt who is four year older than me and accused my for stealing the chocolate from him.

But I hadn't stole it I saved my chocolate that my best friend Mia gave me at school but when I was eating my chocolate while watching TV Matt came and snatched my chocolate and told stepdad that I stole it from him and then Jason slapped me and that was how I end up in the park.

When I was sitting there and crying a cute boy of my age approached me he had the most beautiful ocean blue eyes I had ever seen I was staring at him while hiding my face between my hands.

He asked me, "Why are you crying ?".

I did not replied to him.

Then he sat besides me and after some time when I neither replied nor stopped crying he dug into his pocket and took out a chocolate and gave it to me and said, "Angels never cries". And left me sitting there.

One week later I saw in my school he was looking very cute.

I approached him and said, "Thanks for chocolate".

He replied with questioning eyes, "Have we ever met before ?" and that broke my heart into billion pieces.

After that incident I never approached him and he never recognized me. but still I adore him until now. That's why he is my one and only crush.

After one hour my paper was done. And now we have to wait until next day for the results. The result dew to which I am going to have nightmares. Well all the best to me for that.

It was break time I was sitting on my usual table waiting for my best friend Mia. She is the only one who understands me. Mia and I are best friends since when we were in our nappies. Our dads were also best friends but mine died in a accident when I was only seven year old.

It was mommy and daddy's anniversary they went on a date. They left me with Mia and her parents, I was crying at their home so uncle Nick called daddy, when daddy picked the call uncle said to him, "Hey man our princess Lexi is crying. Talk to her and tell her not to cry". He handed me the phone.

"Hello daddy"

"Hello my princess. A little bird told me that my princess is crying. Is it true ?"

"I miss you daddy and I miss mommy too."

"We are driving back to home princess, will be back before you count till... five thousand", and then laughed. Then I also laughed.

"Daddy can you bring me a chocolate?"

"Alright I will bring you a big chocolate. Promise ."

"Pinky promise ?"

Then I heard mommy shouting. Screeching of wheels sound of car horn.

"Daddy!! Mommy !! Are you there ?"

No reply. Then I heard his voice for the last time.

"Princess"

"Lexi"

"Lexi"

"Lexi"

"Lexi"

And then I snapped back to reality. (Hey Mia!! When you came ?)

She replied annoyed "I am sitting here for last....." then glanced her wrist watch ".....twenty minutes. And you were in your own different world."

"Sorry. I was just.. You know..."

She knew what I was thinking so she didn't asked me further. We finished our lunch and headed to or next class. That was again maths.

This time Mrs Harris came with another surprise. She was here with our result. Like seriously who has this much time that she checked all the copies in lunch. At least she should have wait for next day for showing our results. I would have prepared myself for all the humiliation I am going to face.

I sighed and waited for my chance.

"Mr Parker"

She called his name and my heart stopped. This is his effect on me even hearing his name does many thing to me.

"Congratulation to you Mr Parker you are the only one who failed in today's exam." and started shouting on him.

I was feeling bad for him. It is not his fault that he got low marks Mrs Harris shouldn't have took this surprise test no one was prepared for this to coming. I was staring at him how he became cute to handsome since I saw him for the first time.

"Miss Martin"

His beautiful eyes. I am just in love with them.

"Miss Martin"

Oops !!!! I am so dead. I stood up from my seat and walked to Mrs Harris and stop next to Noah.

But boy I was absolutely wrong because she didn't said a single word to me. She again started shouting at Noah and started comparing him with me. And this was not good at all.

"You should learn something from her Mr Parker. She got full marks in the test. This is not an excuse that it was surprise test that is why you were not prepared. She also hadn't any idea about this test but she scored full and you didn't even got enough marks to pass the test. Shame on you boy."

She was saying so much to him. She shouldn't have said this much to him. I glanced him hand he was glaring me. If looks could kill someone I would be dead by now.

Bell rang and class dismissed. I was walking out of the class and someone grabbed my hand and pushed me to the wall. I flinched. When I opened my eyes they met with the most mesmerising eyes I have ever seen.

"Noah"

He punched the wall beside my head.

"You will have to pay for it."

This is first chapter of the story here I have introduced Lexi and in the next chapter I will introduce our badboy Noah.
