SCOOTER’S INFORMATION ABOUT Dr. Fisk had upset Chris, and the news that he would be under a scalpel wielded by Dr. Shively upset him even more. He’d come within an inch of calling the whole thing off until Dr. Fisk was again available, but decided not to do so. I psyched myself up for this once, he thought.
