Slowly but with vigilance, Esther paced forward bestowing glances around. The voices died down as she went further. Richard became soft in the presence of a woman. Julie had it all. She had the art to lure and love without frailty in the game, but she was treacherous, selfish and greedy. She lay on top of him and soaked him with kisses.
In the middle of his pleasure, he remembers Jina and becomes stiff. Julie laboured to coax him into motion by attempting every nasty move but he was raw. Romancing a man had always been a cakewalk for her, but this time it seemed her efforts were drained.
"What's wrong with him? I have tried every technique but why does he seem indifferent? Am I missing something? His attitude is disquieting. I must have been deluding myself that he loves me." She thought and her heart saddened.
"It is now or never. You must invent something." She told herself and grew wild.
Richard was wrenched with guilt. He thought of his wife and kids; "What if they come to find out of this betrayal? What will happen then? and Esther- what will she think of me?" All these questions crippled him and he felt weak as he analysed the possible repercussions of his folly.
He hardly foresaw that Julie was a devil who wouldn't give up easily until she had accomplished her plan. Today was supposed to be their date, a day she had planned to carry out her dismal treachery. In a moment, Richard amassed a strange feeling. His whole body was electrified as if it had been set on fire. It all seemed like a dream. His body was in the buff as Julie lowered her head to his groyne and her mouth wrenched his "m**hood."
At this, all his gentle thoughts were erased from his mind and he would pay with his eye teeth to dwell in this state of feelings. His mouth loosened up and he screamed,
" Ah, Julie… yes, there. This is sweeter than honey. You are a thousand times better than…"The words died in his mouth.
Esther headed on. Her novelty grew with every step she put forth. "I wonder who these visitors are. It's bizarre, that despite my being awake, I wasn't able to discern them when they entered the house. I must have been dozing then." She thought. The room was still lit. This meant that there were people. She would peek through the small space between the two leaves of curtains that were pulled down slightly askew.
She was a few metres close to the window when someone hissed from behind. She swirled rapidly frightened. "Dear me. Who is it?" She muttered and stood in apprehension as she widened her eyebrows studying the figure. It would have been easy to identify who it was but the light was dim since most of the security bulbs had blown. The supply was cut off on one side of the mansion. Her skin crawled at the silhouette coming towards her but as it approached, it turned out to be Melisa.
She eased up and walked towards her. Melisa's face frowned questioningly as she whispered, "Essie, what are you doing outside? Shouldn't you be sleeping by now?"
"I know but I couldn't sleep. I think I saw a ghost earlier."
Melissa giggled as soon as she heard this. She smacked her shoulder lightly and said,
"A ghost? Do you believe in ghosts?"
"No, but I heard that they do exist." Suddenly Mellisa distinctly heard the noise that was coming from the direction of the guest room. There seemed to be merriment. She smirked and remarked,
"I knew the two would make up in no time. Mum can not be mad at Dad for long." Esther narrowed her eyes. She was still confused.
"Have they shifted to the guest room?" She asked keenly.
"Yeah, but just for tonight. They often do it whenever they want a fresh breath of air." She reckoned and clamped her lips tightly together and then as if to express her positive feelings resumed," "at least we can have peace again in this house."
Esther bore her eyes at her and smiled. She was happy that Richard won't be sad again. Mellisa clasped her arm and pulled her off and they entered her room and she fastened the door behind them. Esther stood leaning against the wall contemplating. She rubbed her hands together to warm them and then crossed her arms. "Come let's sleep. Melissa suggested seeing that she was shivering with coldness. The later gaped and cried,
"Ah, I can't. Aunt would be mad if she came to find out."
"Don't worry, she won't find out anyway. You know she always gets up late. Come!" She insisted and Esther hesitantly moved forward. She sat at the edge of the bed and sneezed. "She won't sleep until I drag her." Mellisa thought and hauled off the blanket. She pokes her arm and gestures to the bed.
Esther smiled and lay down. She felt peaceful. In a few minutes, she had already drifted into sleep though it was for a short time.
Julie stayed longer than expected. Her plan had materialised. She'd succeeded in setting her trap. Hardly did Richard know that she in the middle of the whole pleasurable ecstasy had recorded a video of them taking pleasure in the game. Her plan thus accomplished, she woke up in the wee hours of the morning when everyone was still asleep. Slyly she turns to Richard who's face brightens in his sleep as if he was fantasising about the beautiful experience in his dream. Julie gazes at him and smiles and then kisses him on the lips. "You are now mine Richard! The universe must have favoured me tonight. With this Video recording, only a fool can hold onto such a repulsive man. Jina will pack up immediately once she sees this." Her face creased a smile. Kisses her phone and gets out of bed, dresses up in her disguising flock and sneaks out of the house unnoticed.
Just like Eve fell into temptation having been deceived by the serpent, Richard becomes the victim of the same weakness.
