Currently Ian and I aren't on talking terms.
He really didn't like the fact that I asked Ethan without talking to him about it. I made it clear no matter what he said I would still have asked Ethan.
That only got him angrier. I don't think that I handled all this as well as I could have, but it's done now and after planting the guilt seed by telling Ian how I wanted Ethan to go because he is my friend and I'm not going to leave him behind, just because we once had a fling. Then to make sure it got through to him I added. He is my friend and friend don't get left behind, would a football team leave behind their quarterback or cut him out of the game by not throwing him the ball because someone in the team didn't like him.
