I quickened my steps, my mind already getting foggy, and I accidentally bumped into someone, spilling my entire drink.
"Liz." I couldn't believe it was him.
It was Patrick. I bumped into him, luckily it was someone I knew.
"Are you okay, Liz?" He was helping me up.
"I'm fine." I was all wet from the juice. Patrick had wet his shoes and the hem of his pants; he was wearing a black suit.
"Are you sure?" I couldn't hold it together when he asked me that and started to cry.
"Liz!" He pulled me into his arms and hugged me. My mind flashed back to the image of Henry kissing the blonde. The kiss wasn't long, but he still betrayed me.
I had never betrayed him, and a few hours ago he was saying he loved me.
