Sandra and I had just gotten back from downtown.
I decided to take a shower; it was too hot, and it was making me feel sick.
I stepped into the shower and let the cold water run over my body; I needed to cool down. At that moment, I felt a small cramp, which meant I wasn't pregnant. I wanted, I wanted to have another child with Henry. We'd been trying, and so far, nothing had happened. Maybe it was a bit too soon.
It had been almost four weeks since Sam and Hendrick went on their honeymoon to Canada. And in a month, it would be Henry's birthday, and in a month and a half, it would be our wedding. There wasn't much to worry about regarding the "party" because there were very few people. You could even count on one hand who would come. But I would wait for Sam to help me anyway.
