“Why don’t you put down the remote and come to bed? We can sleep in the guest room, where I always stay. It’s not like it would be the first time,” Hailey said, trying to encourage Kyle from where she sat at the end of the couch.
Kyle sat on the other end of the sofa, remote in hand, flipping through channels. Since they had arrived at the house, he would watch a show for a few minutes before switching to something else.
