"Yooooooooooooo, you get that ass, okay?"
Everen looked at his friend in disbelief, "Wouldn't he be getting my ass though?" The friend snickered, "Duh! You're so cute and tiny you little baby-poo~"
As Everen's friend teased him, they got to Wintress Inc. - Auros Ashen's company headquarters.
"Alright, thanks for the ride Jackson! Wish me luck~" Everen gave his bleached blonde friend a toothy grin after getting out.
'Today's the day...' Everen admired the black marble building he stood in front of. He couldn't even see the top - if it had one.
Putting on his lanyard, he made his way to the receptionist inside.
The floors were a deep marble swirl, red carpet laid by the couches and elevators. 'It's so luxurious...'
"Good morning Mr. Dew, Mr. Ashen will meet you on floor 92!" The cheery receptionist sent him on, in awe at how cute and tiny this 'bodyguard' was.
Once he found the elevator, Everen told the 'elevator-man' to take him up the to the 92nd floor.
The elevator was fast. Way too fast.
Everen made it up in no time, and followed the signs to Auros' office. All the while, his stomach was churning furiously with nervous butterflies.
'What if I trip and fall as soon as I walk in? Or what if I sneeze I on him? What if I—!'
Everen's thought halted when he reached the dark, tall wooden door with 'Ashen' written in gold cursive on it. He gulped.
'Here goes nothing...'
Opening the door, Everen's whispy blonde locks were greeted with the early morning sun's rays, dusting his face with an orange glow.
Looking around in awe, his breath was taken when he saw the sunlight through the floor to ceiling windows. The dark glossy flooring reflected it, screaming luxury.
In front of that window, lied Auros Ashen's silhouette. He had one knee propped over the other, sitting at his desk. A mall smirk played upon his curved lips.
"Good morning Sir," Everen lowered his head in respect, waiting for Auros' acknowledgement.
"Good morning Everen."
The way Everen's name rolled of Auros' tongue had him melting, the orange glow hiding his apparent flushed cheeks.
With the little experience Everen has had as a bodyguard, he walked behind Auros' desk, so that he was to the left of him, back nearly touching the thick glass of the window.
Still nervous on if he was doing his job right, he twiddled with his fingers behind his back, his black suit slightly loose around his body.
"Do you want a gun?"
Everen's eyes bulged. He really didn't want to touch one.
"Do I need a gun...?" He tried to say it in the most polite way he could, while keeping up appearances.
He heard Auros chuckle, swiveling around so he was now facing Everen. "I'm offering, but you don't need one."
'He's so hot...' Everen wanted to bawl at how perfect Auros was, but he had to "do his job."
"Umm.. no thank you." Everen politely declined his offer, trusting his fists and light body.
Auros gazed at Everen curiously. "Why is that?" He adored the small boy's gentle voice, and wanted to hear more.
"Personally, I dislike using a gun, so I don't think it's the best idea.." Everen was slow to answer, gauging even more of Auros' interest.
"He's so cute... but I dislike the thought of him standing all day while I sit...'
Auros rose an eyebrow at his own thoughts. Since when did he care about what others did/felt?
He sighed, swiveling back around.
'Forget it. Don't think about it... Go back to normal....'
Auros chanted these words, signing papers quietly.

Everen stiffened, his face becoming that of a tomato.
'My stomach DID NOT just growl like that...!!!'
"Yes, let's get lunch. Where would you like to go? Or would you like to try the restaurant down here?"
Everen was taken back.
'He's asking where I want to eat?'
"I'm not hungry, thank you." Everen declined his offer so he could lay off on the awkwardness.
Auros hummed amused. 'Look at that tiny waist.. that shirt frames his small body beautifully...' Auros didn't hide his obvious gaze, taking in all of Everen's beauty. 'He truly is a feather-white-dove.'
Glancing at his expensive watch quickly, Auros spoke.
"Don't tell me that when your stomach just growled," He chuckled playfully, his words light.
Everen reddened. "Ah.." he directed his gaze to the floor feeling ashamed.
Auros, who noticed, quickly stood up and walked to the door, Everen hastily following suit.
"Let's get something from the downstairs restaurant."
Everen didn't argue, glad he could rest his feet from all that standing. Following Auros out, he stood behind him, ears alert for anything strange.
Following Auros' rippling frame down the hall, Everen had trouble seeing past him.
'I can't do my job if I can't see the danger!!!'
Annoyed at his small frame, Everen stayed light on his feet, but apparently not in his sight, since he walked right into Auros' elbow.
"Gah!" Clutching his nose, Everen sniffled, shaking his head when his eyes started watering.
'Ow...' While paying attention to his nose, Everen glanced up to find Auros' usual cold expression, now worrisome.
"Are you alright, Everen?" His eyes flickered between Everen's eyes and nose, Auros conflicted on whether or not he could console or leave Everen be.
'I want to take care of him. But...' Auros knocked his head against the cold wall while waiting for his private elevator to arrive. 'He's simply my bodyguard, and I'm his employer...'
Once the glass elevator arrived, Everen stepped in after Auros, looking around in awe. All around them was outside scenery, the elevator being the view-like ones.
As they descended, they stayed in a comfortable silence, Everen's heart quickening when he felt Auros' gaze on him.
'Look away, look away, look away- oh thank god,' The elevator stopped at the 20th floor, and the two got off, both looking like the real snacks heading to the restaurant.
