~Beth's POV~
"So... How's Ash?" I asked my mate who just disconnected the call with Ash.
"Still having a hard time sleeping but this time reason was something else," he replied with a sigh.
"What is it?"
"Elena had a bad time dealing with her past. It was so bad that she ended up taking sleeping pills to ease the pain."
Sleeping pills? Was it that bad? And why does she have sleeping pills in the first place?
"Is she ok now?" I asked.
"She is..."
Sometimes I don't get this girl. Ever since she came here, she is behaving so differently that I am not able to figure out if she is happy or sad with us.
Sometimes she looks all happy and bubbly and sometimes sad, neutral or emotionless. Especially around Ash.
There is always a smile on her face when she is talking to others but
