I always thought that my heart will only beat faster with my mate's presence in my life but never in my life, I thought it will pump like it was going to explode after getting rejected by her.
Rejection...
Rejection was nowhere near in my mind whenever I thought about my mate.
But why?
She doesn't even know me nor I did anything which would have ever hurt her in any way. Heck! I didn't even hurt anyone in my life. I was always nice to people and even if I was with our enemies, I always made sure that I am punishing them for their sins, not for something which they never committed.
Then why? Why reject me if you don't even know me?
