"We didn't know what we were putting on video, honest," he told Don, "but when we looked back over it, sure, the Mayor was taking envelopes our of his pocket and handing them over, sometimes, and other times he was accepting envelopes from other people and putting them into his pocket."
"What's your interpretation of that?" Don asked, "Now you know what the Mayor has been accused of."
