From the second that Stephan stepped into the room my eyes had not left him.
This was the motherfucker that put his paws on my woman. I stifled an angry growl that rose within me.
“Do we have any news on their primary location? Or even a base that they operate out from?” he asked.
I was surprised, he had the nerves to talk at a meeting like this, after his failure? And they were all listening to him?
Was this some sort of sick joke?
I wanted to protest, wanted to say something but the look on alpha Michael’s face stopped me.
He was not looking at me but when I watched him from the corner of my eyes, I chill travelled down my spine.
