It is very easy as a Politicians in Nigeria, or Africa to get carried away with the ceremonies of self worth. We shouldn't tears for President of course, those who seek office know the pitfalls. Praise and criticism come hand in glove with the institution they wish to govern or whom they govern .In a healthy Democratic system, you can't have one without the other. However, we should be fair to the occuptants of the President seat. We recalled that the United States of America had had the chance to forecast the break up of Nigeria by 2015 due to the crisis arising in Africa.Some concerning Nigeria at that time have felt that the prediction were most likely to come true. Unfolding events that was happening then seems to sees the suggestions of America may not be far from the truth. The fulfillment of the forecast by the United States of America can only be achieved by the actions and inactions of Nigeria.Unfortunately Ex President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015 averted the forecast by stepping down for the Opposition Party to take over the mantle of leadership. Late Chief Tony Anenih once said that the North owe the South remains realistic and valid because of the sharing Formula of the Country Resources. Thomas Sankara says " We must dare to invent the future while revolutionaries as individual can be murdered, you cannot kill ideas". This is what happened to Nigeria Youths who Protests for Police brutality in Lekki m******e in Lagos State of Nigeria on the 20th October,2020 .Wher unknown soldiers came to open fire on them and many People died instantly . You cannot carry out fundamental change without a certain amount of madness. A case study in Ghana, the killing of their own leaders .It is the fact of the madmen of yesterday that make us to be able to act with extreme clarity today. Bob Nesta Marley says, "The People who are trying to make this world worse are not taking a day off, how can I light up the darkness".The Niger Delta struggle is unstoppably destined to triumph, because it is a mass of ideas really of Human being allowed to reach his God-given limits of prosperity. If the richness of a Nation does not give one third of it's richness to the poor around the neighborhood, how then can the Nation say I am Rich. As William James capture in his epic Poem,"the greatest use of life is to spend it for something that out last it".If by Independence,we have 50 percent derivation, then we are returning to Tafewa Balewa, because by the time of Independence, derivable of economic resources was 50 percent Federal and 50 percent State.When we talk about Fiscal Federalism, we are talking about issues of revenue allocation and derivation among others. We are also talking about the distortions that have taken place since this Nation attained Independence. To use force and arms against the People rights have never worked in history because no power can win People's free will. It have being long advocated that the Federal Government should allowed a kind of Fiscal Federalism which will give the People on whose soul that Crude oil is explored, a healthy control of their resources.
