After two days of traveling straight without a stop, Callie and Free had finally managed to get back on track. Since the Magic Land was out of their destinations and they had to stray off from the straight path that they were supposed to take, they had to get back on the way so they would not be lost.
Luckily, it was not that hard to distinguish. The path toward the Magic Land was grassy and marshy everywhere, while the path on the way to the mountain where they were all heading was just a pure deserted place with endless sand and humid air. It was really hot, maybe she got used to having a shadow to hide from the sun in the Magic Land for the whole week and she was adjusting again now that she was back on track and back under the scorching sun.
