Chapter 6 I was summoned by Miss Ava early in the morning. I wasn’t able to get much sleep because one of her men knocked at my door only a few hours before I got to close my eyes. He told me that I needed to be in her office after lunch. I got up and started cleaning my room for the time being. I dusted off the furniture and swept the floor. I then grabbed some rags and wiped the walls. Thankfully, Canary lent me a simple dress to wear last night. I thanked her and promised to repay her when I get my own money. But currently, I have nothing. Since everyone is busy with their respective chores and jobs, Canary agreed to go with me.
