Aurora's POV
“Shh, mommy is still sleeping, let's leave her,” it was Jake's voice that woke me up.
“Mommy's awake now, tell her that you no longer feel sick,” Sapphire said as she pulled my hair from my face.
“Sapphire? Jake?” I called as I adjusted my eyes to the lighting of the room.
“Mommy,” they kissed both sides of my cheeks and left saliva trails that made me hold back the question I wanted to ask as I pulled them into a hug to prevent them from seeing my teary eyes.
It felt like it's been ages since we last saw each other and I thought it was a dream, but they were here, in flesh and blood in my hands. They had slept in my hands too.
