Chapter 9: Granduation.

It’s been two weeks since what happen in Ian’s bedroom. Even tho it’s was only kissing, I haven’t stopping thinking out it. We haven’t done anything since that night, it weird if like it was forgotten. He hasn’t even mention it to be. I was getting ready to for Graduation, I had to be there 3 hours early before it start. I was curling my hair when my phone beeped. I unlocked my phone to see who it was.
Ian: Addie is being picking on what I wear to YOUR GUYS graduation, she wants the pictures to be perfect, she asked me ask you what tie goes with her outfit. **2 send attachment**
Then another message came through, it was Addie.
Addie: Pick one! Reminder this is my outfit..**sends attachment.**
I laughed at them both.
I replied to Ian..
Haylee: Second one. Lol.
I put my phone down, and finished getting ready. I got dressed. I went to my mirror to take some selfies. Then put my cap and gown on, and took a few more selfies. I went down stairs because my mom is wanting to take pictures of me outside. As we were taking pictures, Addie showed up.
“Perfect Addison, get your cap and gown and put it on, and so I can take some pictures.” My mom said to her.
She did and we took a bunch of pictures some were good and some were goofy ones.
“Thanks girls, Ill see you both at your graduation. I just wanna say I am proud of both of you.” She said to us. She gave us both a hug and kiss on the cheek.
“I proud of you both too. You guys did it and I can’t believe your going to being going to college in the fall. It’s just crazy!!” My dad said to us.
“This picture, I am gonna out next to your guys Kindergarten graduation picture.” She said to both of us.
“Alright mom, dad, we gotta get going, love you both, see you later.” I said.
They started walking back in the house.
“Hey wait, I need to take one more picture of me.” I said to Addie as she started walking towards her car.
“Ok?” She said. I walked up to the side my house and did a sexy pose in my cap and gown. She took it.
“And who’s that for?” She said.
“No one, I just wanted it. Duh.”
We took our gown and cap off and got into her car. We were on our way to the school and I was looking out the window. I wonder if he even still likes me still, he just seems so normal around me. It’s weird. I opened my phone and look at the photo that Addie took of me..I decided to find out my answer, I pushed share photo and I clicked Ian’s name, and pushed sent. I didn’t put any message with it. I wanted to see what he would say to the photo.
Within seconds, I got a reply..
Ian: Damn you look great, Haylee, Thanks for my new background picture. I was needing a update. ;)
Haylee: wait what? You’re making me your background on your phone again?What will be people think? Thanks btw. :)
Ian: uh who said you ever stopped? No one goes in my phone, so no one will see it. Which means I should put a less sexier one as my Lock Screen. So people will see you on my phone. Send me another one.
Haylee: omg are you serious?
Ian: send me one.
I went through the pictures I took in my bedroom, and decided to send one of the ones i took before putting my cab and gown on.
Haylee: **sends attachment**
Ian: see you later babes. ;)
We arrived at school and went inside.
Right before the ceremony, Addie, me and our friends were talking group pictures with all of us.
“Omg you guys ready? We are about be high school grads.” Maddi said.
“I am gonna miss you guys” another one of friends said.
We all hugged each other, and went to get in line. The band started playing the graduation song for this year. It was See You Again by Wiz Khalifa, as it was turned to walk down, I started to tearing up. I looked over to my family, and Addies family, they were sitting together. I seen Ian smiling at me, and then Winked at me. I sat down.
The ceremony went on, they started calling names, that’s when they called my name..
I walked up smiling, grabbed my diploma, shook all the hands I need to, I moved my tassel over to the other side and got a picture then walked away. I looked over and seen Ian wink at me again.
They were finally finish.
“It gives me great pride, to Announce this graduation class!”
That’s when we all screamed and through our caps in the air. I ran over to Addie and hugged her.
“We did it, we did!” I said to her.
We went got our caps and walk over to our family they all gave us hugs, and congratulated us. We took pictures with our family and even with each other’s families together.
Our friends came over and we got some pictures with them.
“Ok I know there’s a party tonight, so where is it!!?” Ian came up to us and asked.
I looked way not answering.
“It’s at Brandon’s house and she doesn’t want to go.” Addie said to him.
“You want to have our own party, Hayles. I’ll keep you guys company.” He said as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder.
“I am going still. So you two can have your own party.” Addie said to him.
“Really?” he said looking shocked at her.
“Yeah that will be fun, Ian.” I said
He smiled and winked at me.
Our families decided we were all gonna go out to eat together, but before we went, that’s my parents said they had a surprised for me.
“What is it?” I asked.
“My dad pulled a small box and handed to me,
“Happy Graduation Babygirl.” He said to me.
I untied the the little ribbon, and opened the box, my eyes grew wide and was shocked. It was a key to a bMW! I looked up and saw it, it was white. I got so excited.
“Thank you thank you.” I said to both my parents.
“It’s not from us.” My dad said.
“Then who?”
“Your grandmother.”
I was even more shocked then when I opened the gift. I was so excited we all walked over to it. It’s so beautiful.
“It’s tagged and everything, ready to go, sweetheart.” Mom said. I went to get in it, Ian jumped into too and we took it for a spin.
We were meeting our families at the restaurant, Ian got out of the car and he said he would be right back, he had to make a phone call.
After 10 minutes he got back into the car, smiling at me.
“What?” I said to him.
“I got a surprise for you, well actually I got two surprises for you.” He said to me.
“What are they?” I asked him.
“One has to wait for way later, and one is for tonight. You’ll see tonight.” He said to me. As he smirked.
I rolled my eyes and finally went in to eat with the family.
