Visit to SaxonyThe great Hansestadt of Hamburg was thriving. The end of hostilities had certainly increased the number of ships, barges and other craft filling its harbour. Such were Petroc’s thoughts as he watched the manoeuvre of the brig being warped into a berth.
“What we do here, Mijn Heer?”
Johannes’ question drew Petroc’s attention. He smiled, turning to respond. “First we locate Herr Weiss. I have his direction and hope he will assist me in finding transport to Dresden. Cunewalde is a little over fifty miles to the east of it.”
