***Jacob’s POV***
Last night was the best night of my life. I walked out of the house with Elle on my arm and felt like the King of the world. I dropped her off at work, and went to the dock to check on how the exchange went yesterday, and the smile plastered across my face couldn’t be missed. Everything was running smoothly today, and I headed over to the Gym to have my work out before going back and talking Elle into leaving work early. I couldn’t get enough of that sweet woman, and I knew now why Oliver had been so busy when they first started dating. I didn’t want to be away from her either. The phone had been ringing but I ignored it as I pounded the bag, I didn’t like those damned things.
I had just washed up and was getting dressed when Arthur came rushing in. “She’s gone! Dammit
