(DAMON P.O.V):

I was sitting at my office table and checking some files when my Younger brother Kai came to my office without knocking.

He searched for something I don't know what is it. So I asked him "What are you looking for?"

He looked at me with a concerned face and said "Your calendar".

I gave him a confusing look and said "I don't have any calendar ".

Then he said, "Then how can you forget that today is your engagement day and you are doing work in your office ".

I rolled my eyes. He was always overdramatic.

I said, "My engagement will be in the evening. So I have lots of time ".

"No, you don't. We have to do lots of things before that" he said.

I raised my eyes and asked, "Like what?"

"We have to do beauty treatment before engagement. I want my brother to look like the most handsome guy in the engagement." Then he looked at me from head to toe and a smirk appeared on his face and said "It is very difficult for you to look like the most handsome guy in an engagement when I'll be in there. But for you, I'll try to look less attractive. You know it is very difficult for me to look less attractive but I'll try for you brother."

I rolled my eyes. My little brother Kai was always a fun-loving guy. He loves everyone especially himself. He loved himself more than anyone.

Someone slapped Kai's head and he shouted "What the ****".

I looked at the person who slapped Kai's head. And a smile appeared on my face. My other brother Cole. He is very gentle. He is a righteous person. He never supported the wrong thing.

"Why do you always slap me, Cole?" Kai complained.

"Because you are my little brother and this is my love for you " Cole rubbed Kai's hair with his hands.

"That's why I never hit you back," Kai said. I shake my head. They always fight and love like that. They are my life, my world.

Cole's focus finally shifted toward me and a frown appeared on his face and said "Damon why are you working today? Do you forget that today is your engagement? "

Before I said anything Kai said, "I also said that to brother. But he said the engagement would be held in the evening and he has time, that's why he is working ".

"And you let him do work. You don't stop him!" Cole said to Kai.

"I told him already to stop working and he was convinced before you interfered with us" Kai complained.

"So you want to say that it's my fault. That's why you can't stop our brother from working " Cole said to Kai.

"Of course, it's your fault" Kai agreed.

Cole slapped Kai's head again and muttered "Fool".

"Enough both of you " I interfered before they started to argue again.

Cole looked at me and said "It's all your fault "

I said, "What do I do?"

" We are arguing because of you. Stop working let's go. Grandmother wants to talk to you " Cole said to me.

"What does she want to talk about?" I asked.

"I don't know, maybe she wants to give you some tips for your marriage life," Cole said.

I stopped working and said, "Let's go then." We left my office room and I said to my secretary "If the client calls you " Before I completed my sentence, Kai said to my secretary "No need to inform brother. He will be very busy". My secretary smiled. She knew our brother's bonding.

Cole said to my secretary "And don't forget to come in the evening. Today is your boss's engagement. And make sure all the staff will come".

My secretary smiled and said, "Yes sir".

We left the office and went to our house.

When we entered I was surprised to see so much decoration. It looked like today was my wedding day and not my engagement. I sighed and went to my grant mother. She sat on the chair and looked at the decoration.

I approached her and said, "How was your health granny?"

She looked at me and gave me a genuine smile and said "My health is good but my mood is not".

"What happens, granny? Why are you angry?" I asked though I could guess why she was angry.

"Do think I don't know. Your granny knows you better than anyone else in the world " she said.

I gave her a genuine smile and said "Of course granny. You and my brothers are my world".

She looked at me and said, "But now someone will be your whole world. You will forget us".

"That will never happen. You guys are my first priority and Nicole knows it " I assure them.

"Nonsense after the wedding brother will do what Nicole said. And she will through us out of the house if We don't do what she wants. She is very demanding" Kai said with a joking tone.

That was Kai. He always tries to light the mood. Cole shaked his head and smiles. We all know that Kai is just joking. But I can't tolerate it if someone tries to hurt my family. No one can hurt my family, not even my mate.

"That'll never happen. I'll never let anyone hurt you. Nicole knows how much you guys mean to me. How much I love you guys, she never thinks of hurting you. Besides she is not only my fiance, she is also my mate" I said.

Granny looked at me for some time and then asked me "Do you love her?"

"She is my mate. Moon goddess made us a couple. She is a powerful werewolf and She can be a perfect Luna. She understands me and my work. She loves you guys. I don't think anyone can be better than her" I explained but Granny didn't accept my explanation and asked again "Do you love her Damon?

I looked at Grandmother but didn't say anything.
