Hal had spent almost a week at the hospital and today was the day he was getting discharged.
He looked up from his bed as the door opened and someone came in. It was the nurse who had attended to him ever since he got to the hospital.
She was here to discharge him.
"Hi, I hope you are getting ready to be discharged?" She asked, with a pretty smile.
"Yes."
Hal waited, expecting the nurse to continue her questions, before discharging him, but to his surprise, she was staring at him, intensely.
The pretty smile on her face felt broader, and her eyes seemed to be carried away. Unawares, lost.
"Umm, excuse me, isn't there something I should do?" Hal asked with a low voice, a bit shy himself.
