Chapter 45When Angela pulled into the car park on Monday morning, Paul parked in the space beside her and they walked into the building together.
“Good weekend?” Paul asked. “I've spent the whole time running my kids to various activities,” he continued. “I'm so exhausted I've come to work for a rest.”
“My weekend was up and down, some of it good, some of it not so good. I must say I'm quite glad to be at work too.”
“What a pair of sad losers we are,” Paul said and they both laughed.
“At least we're both early, time for a hit of caffeine before the Boss gets in,” Angela replied.
When they entered their office they were surprised to see Frank was already in his room, another man was with him and the door was closed.
“Why is the Boss in so early and who's he with?” Angela asked Gordon
