Chapter 25The newspapers had lurid headlines with dire warnings about the murderer. They'd tried several names for him before finally settling on the 'Southside Slasher'. Today's papers were still carrying their messages. One read,' Southside Slasher still at large'. Another demanded, 'Who is harbouring the Southside Slasher'? Angela found it sickening, how dare they sensationalise something so awful. “Who writes this rubbish?” she asked throwing down her copy of The Mail. All this is doing is terrifying people who are already vulnerable.
