AFTER A productive morning, Vincent arrived early at The Belmont to open. He momentarily stood in the doorway in contemplation. The entire restaurant was clean, tidy, and did not exude any scent except for the subtle pine wood polish and lemon leather oil which he insisted be utilized each closing. Vincent cherished his restaurant and knew the treacherous path ahead could remove it from him.
