I’m not quite sure what I expected for my first time teleporting, but whatever I’d thought was going to happen didn’t, because we just went from one place to another without much of nothing. For a second, everything around me looked like that stuff in the old lava lamp Dad kept out in his office in the barn, but then, we were just standing somewhere else in Kolkata. I felt like maybe TV shows made too much of that whole process what with the tunnels of laser beam thingys and stuff.
