Fenrir
The barrier I put up outside the old storage building keeps everyone out. I came looking for Winter when Kitty informed me that my mate was home but busy doing something. It took me just a few moments to find her, and what I saw had me baffled. Winter’s eyes were white over, and she looked to be in a trance.
I panicked because I couldn’t snap Winter out of it, no matter how hard I tried. I called for my brothers, who arrived within a second. Each one was stunned when Winter turned suddenly and hit out at something invisible.
The person she hit is no longer invisible, nor is the fact my mate is beating the shi.t out of him. I would stop her, but I don’t see why I should.
“Should we stop her?” Narfi asks.
“No,” I laugh while folding my arms across my chest.
“Your mate is crazy!”
