Chapter 27
Jo looked around for Aden hoping he wasn't that far behind. But nothing and nobody came through the bushes. It was only about five minutes but it seemed like it was forever. She waited and waited but still Aden did not come through the bush. Jo slowly walked back in silence, making sure to follow her same tracks back. He didn't loose her because he could tell where she had ran to so then why wasn't he coming to her side? But the more she followed her trail back the more and blood she started to see along the path, like something was dragged. The path was out of the way and then there was an open clearing. Far on the other side near the cliff was Aden lying there in a pool of blood. They heard the shots rang out but she thought they got far from then to not get hit...she guess she was
