Last Night in Reality

Five minutes after the last conversation, they arrived at the luxurious apartement residence. The entrance to this apartment is heavily guarded by security. Clearly this environment is inhabited by people from the middle and upper class.

"We arrived."  Risa who started talking a lot made Cliff wonder. Why did the mood change so fast?  Does Risa have multiple personalities? Bipolar disorder maybe?

"You're not emotional anymore, Risa?"

The question, that feels more like a statement, was answered casually by Stevan, "If you see Risa like this, it means she is on the right path to achieve something that she wants. I've only seen it three times in ten years. This is the fourth one. "

"10 years?"

"I have been friends with him for 10 years. That means I know her much longer. " Cliff nodded in understanding. Risa pressed number 34 when they entered the elevator.

"He is right. I have taken steps that for eight years I have not dared to do. Finally I was in the first stage of the main goal of my life that I had planned since two years ago. " Risa no longer looks emotional now, though not yet happy.

"What do you have planned?"

"I'll tell you after we get into my unit." said mysterious Risa.

"What? Nature tour vacation? "

Risa nodded while putting a glass of water in front of Cliff who sat on the living room sofa. "I have planned this, and we will be gone for 30 days. Of course our destination is not only naturalscape.  I've also planned several places in the city. "

 "I didn't even know that." Stevan opened his fried chicken order that just come and took one of the chicken legs.

"Well, I'm fine with that. Did you really want to go this much until planning a vacation from years ago?”  Cliff still doesn't understand Risa. The girl seemed to come to the agency happily every time Cliff saw her.

"You just need to come with me and don't ask too many questions. You can do it right, Kid?” Cliff chuckles when the little boy's call reappears from Risa's mouth. "Don't call me like that."

Hearing Cliff's words, Stevan who was busy eating his fried chicken remembered, "You also hate it when I call you 'Honey' right, honey?"

Bugh!

 A fist on Stevan's back almost choked him. "I'm eating! Don't you see? '

 "Not. I just saw a gadfly man." Risa stood up, "I have some kind of instant food if you are hungry, Cliff." Risa pointed at Stevan, "Clean the table after you're done with your food! I will take a bath to reduce my stress."  Risa went to a wooden door few steps from living room and opened it, then closed it again.

The two men stared at the closed door for a few moments, before Stevan returned his attention to his fried chicken. Cliff asked the man suddenly, "What about your parents and her parents?"

"My parents are the same as yours. Free me to do whatever I want duringwhile still in my youth.  For Risa's parents, " Stevan sighed and laid his chicken bones, "Her father died when she was young and her mother married again. She rarely gets together with her mother. "

Stevan continued, "One of the three moments that I mentioned earlier, the moment where Risa acted as if she knew she what's she is doing, was when the first drama she starred in became famous and attracted a lot of people. At that time I could see an 11-year-old girl who was crying happily because her mother hugged her and said she proud to her for the first time. "

 Stevan could see Cliff was stunned. “Maybe that's the main reason she stepped on in the entertainment industry confidently.” He closed the story about his bestfriend.He was sure everyone would be pensive when he heard the story for the first time. Stevan smiled lightly and continued eating, "Are you on a diet? Eat it  Lunch time is almost up. "

 "Later." Cliff replied.

Stevan drank his cola and said, "You want to clean yourself and rest? Just use the room behind the door closest to the entrance. That's my room. My mood is fine today, so I will allow someone I have only known for a few hours to use my clothes. "

Cliff agreed with the idea of cleaning up, "Okay. I will get some rest. Wake me up if there is something. "

Stevan just nodded and continue eating.

Cliff opened his eyes and saw the room that was illuminated by lights, now it was pitch black. Cliff flinched and immediately sat down as he felt someone's body beside him, "He just surprised me!"  he murmured when he saw Stevan asleep beside him.

The dark room made Cliff not know the time. He decided to step outside and slowly close the room again so the sound doesn't wake the person he met for not even a day.

 "You're awake?"

 "Jeez!"

Cliff flinched for the second time in five minutes. These two people are really not good for heart health!  "You surprised me!"

"You're the one who is easily shocked." Risa replies lightly.

"What time is it now?" Cliff following Risa who is moving towards her small kitchen.

"Seven." Risa showed the instant bento that the girl just put out from the freezer, "You want some dinner?" Cliff just nodded because his stomach was already hungry. Risa take the other packaging from the freezer.

"You slept for a long time." Risa put the bento in the microwave, "How long do you sleep during the training period?"  She asked.

“4 hours maximum a day."  Cliff sat on the living room sofa. He can hear Risa's little laugh, "I used to experience it too. Oh! It's even worse when we prepare our debut and the new album.”

There was no conversation until Risa came in with gloves and put two hot food packages on the table. “Do you remember how we first met?" Risa return to the kitchen.

Not again! "Stop teasing me, Risa! That was two years ago! "

Risa returned without her gloves, her hand holding two cold drink bottles. "I have no intention of teasing you." Risa sitting in front of Cliff.

Cliff recalls the moment where one day, exactly a week after he became a trainee at Fyor Entertainment, he made up his mind to meet Clarrisa, member of A(part) whom he admires. He struggled for weeks at the audition, all just for getting closer to Risa, and he would not miss the opportunity.

It seems like luck is on his side. When he decided to meet Risa, at that moment he saw the girl walking in front of his training room. Without any meaningful consideration, he ran out from the practice room and bowed 90° right in front of Clarrisa who was with the rest of the group at the time,

"Risa, I am Fyor Entertainment’s new trainee, Cliff! You are my role model! You are the reason I am in this agency right now! I am truly inspired by the laughter and happiness you always bring to this entertainment industry! I will always support you! You must always live with happiness in yourself and happiness for yourself too. I'm sure your life is truly meaningful. I want to be like you someday!”

Cliff shook his head as he recalled the words that came out of his mouth.  "It's a shame, even though I was 16 years old at the time."  he regretted, looking down deeply.

"You know Cliff, you are the one who made me aware of happiness for myself." Cliff lifted his face, he saw Risa smiling at him for real and close, "Since I heard your words, I began to look for my truly happiness. I started to plan this vacation since I met you. ”

"Is it true?" Cliff is doubtful about that.

Risa nodded firmly, "You think I will allow strangers who have no effect on me to participate in one of the big decisions in my life?"

The woman continued, "Just now I saw you in the elevator. I doubt if you still admire me at a time like that. I gave you a choice and you chose to follow me.”  Risa pointed her index finger to Cliff. “I don't know why you admire me, but—"

Cliff looked at Risa who was clearly arranging the next sentence, "Sorry to disappoint you with my attitude earlier and thank you for admiring me."

Cliff opened his mouth but closed it again quickly.  Not this time Cliff, you can give your admiration to her someday.
