second trial

As the sentrion landed on the ground, it let out a wild scream that was ear deafening, the sentrion was a first nebula sentrion, it blasted me with a purple Lazer beam, I skillfully evaded the attack with a flip, everyone had already started to discover there stars except for me, the sentrion tried charging at a blonde guy but he caught it and held it in his grip, while the sentrion was temporarily immobilized me and another guy with white hair and black glasses went on to punch the sentrion but in the heat of the moment it released a powerful energy field , everybody was blasted away from the sentrion.

I was on the floor as blood gushed out of my mouth, I tried to stand but I couldn't move, I started regretting ever taking the exam, the sentrion ran towards me and jumped with a blast emerging from its hands, as it was above me, I felt the feeling of death, it was like time slowed down. As if the world needed me in it, the star beam began to malfunction and blasted the sentrion above me, I was still alive, the sentrion must have shielded me from the beam I thought.

I tried standing up but I couldn't feel any legs in my body, I couldn't breathe, I just stared, I tried to call for help but my throat was no longer there, my head was the only part of my body that survived the beam, everything slowly went dim until I blacked out.

"Only nine contestants remain, the sentrion has been defeated" the voice said. I woke up in a dark pool, I started hearing an echoing laughter, it sounded like a girl, I initially shrugged it off but it became persistent and annoying so I asked,"what's funny", a girl glowing white came out and said with an angelic voice,"did you really think you would have survived that beam" she asked, "so it was you who sent it" I replied, "yes, it was me. Do you know who I am" she asked, I was confused, was I supposed to know,i replied "no, who are you", she replied, "I am Goddess Ephina, the creator of the stars and the Goddess of light".

"Why did you kill me" I asked her, she then said,"normally the Starbeam is not a hostile energy, but it creates and empowers, when the beam hit you and the sentrion, the two of you were bonded, I couldn't risk letting you walk through earth on checked", I was stunned, none of this has ever happened in the Farlight anime I watch."what do I do" I asked, the Goddess replied, "I don't know, this is the first time throughout my entire life I have seen such a perfect bond, most of them just became mindless or mutated or even die, now I want you to tell me which side your on" she said, I told her "send me back and I'll show you"

There I was falling through different space time strings, until I landed back in my body, as the sentrion descended gracefully I blasted a hole through its chest with my new found sentrion abilities which destroyed its core, "the sentrion was defeated with no casualties" the voice announced, the blonde guy from before came running towards me and introduced himself as Rinn, as we walked into the facility the guy with white hair and glasses introduced himself as Lionel and said "try not to die", I brushed it of but Rinn replied "you too".
