Aidan’s POV The drive to back home was silent. I think the lunch, or better say the whole day went well. Better than we were thinking. I couldn’t wait to get back home and pull this girl in a tight hug. After doing that, I will make her talk. This silence is killing me. There is definitely something going through her mind and I know she is only faking to be ok. Her smile is not the same. She is not here mentally. I’ve asked a couple of questions already and she has only nodded. Something is different. I switched the radio on. There was some random Sting song going on and on but I really wasn’t paying attention. I was stealing glances on my girl and she didn’t even notice. I raised my left hand to her cheek while I had the right one on the steering wheel. She turned her face to look at me
