Sorry, I completely forgot to introduce myself.
My name is Amelia, I have small almond-shaped light brown eyes and boring straight brown hair. Nothing remarkable really. But I do stand out.
I’m a tall-ish girl, I’m not small in any way, being 1.67 meters tall and exercising over 3 times a week ever since I was 6 years old, my body is strong and not what boys liked growing up, though I never really cared about that. It did upset me when the girls would say mean things about my appearance though, how manly I was or how not lady-like I behaved or dressed, specially if the girl saying it was the one I was crushing on.
I didn’t always date girls, but man, are boys too much to handle sometimes.
I had my first girlfriend when I was 15. No one knew about her, not friends and specially not my family. I met her at the gym and after some time she confessed to me and asked if we could ‘try’ going out. It didn’t last long, she was beautiful and very cool, but other than exercising like crazy for our sports teams we didn’t have much in common.
When I was 18 I met L. I never talked about her but I told everyone about her, taking out the fact that she too was a girl and 7 years older than me. I was a little bit in love with her for about two years before she paid me any mind. We didn’t really date, we became friends and ultimately s*x friends, since we were both into each other, but that was all we ever were.
Growing up my friend’s group was limited to two girls and a boy. Ophelia, my dumb, super positive friend who’s getting married and the sole reason I’m coming back home. Adrian a super shy, emo boy who was bullied until I scared his bullies off, now he’s a full on playboy, flirting but still waiting for his prince. And finally Cassy, she came to join our group when we were 15, she came from another country because of her parents that worked at the embassy. She was quite nice, a little too quiet for our loud combo with Ophelia but she quickly got adjusted to being with us. I’ll probably tell you more about them as they pop up in my story, so no worries.
What else is there about me… oh right!
I was in both the swimming and volleyball team in my school, my parents were both former athletes so they encouraged me since I was a little girl to practice every sport until I found the ones I liked.
I went to college hoping to get enough credits to go to a Law school but ended up graduating with an Economics degree.
On my last years I had a fall out with some friends, moved away, travelled, got a job, moved some more and finally we are here.
