Just why?

" Have I met her before " Aarzan ponder upon it for a moment then decide to leave it for tomorrow?

Aastha woke up feeling refreshed after having sound sleep last night.

What she doesn't know was that it may be the last time she has had such a nice sleep.

Aastha gets out of bed, finishes her morning routine, changes her clothes to a simple t-shirt, and jeans.

She had her breakfast, bid her mother bye with a kiss, and ride the scooty to her university.

She is in a good mood today, there is an anticipation as if something will happen in her heart, which is making her slightly anxious too.

She arrived at the T university, goes to the parking lot to park her scooty when she notices the familiar car.

When she sees the car, her heart stops, she really wants to bunk today's class but she can't as she has an important lecture to attend.

She is blaming herself for forgetting the annual visitation of the investors which happen this month. She should have looked at the calendar before coming!

But who could blame her as it doesn't concern her at all!

In her past life, she and he would come every year to inspect the annual visitation but now that it doesn't concern her and she was busy with ASHAN, she totally forgot about it.

However, she reassures herself that at this point they haven't met at all, and with his nature, he won't even concern himself with her.

After all, she is just a student among thousands of students so he shouldn't even be able to know her.

But what she doesn't know is that he is already interested in her life, because of her yesterday's actions.

With reassurance that he won't notice her, she goes to her class.

Just as she was about to enter her class, she notices the presence of a certain annoying person who is nowadays pestering her every day.

'Can you all guess who that person might be,?' Aastha thought

'BINGO! It's none other than Aayushma Singh' Aastha amuses herself.

Without turning around she asked, " what do you want Aayusma?"

" How do you know it is me?" Aayushma questioned her looking surprised.

Just as Aastha opens her mouth to answer her "...".

She was cut off by Aayushma.

" Don't don't, I already know the answer" hearing Aayushma, Aastha raises her eyebrow at her.

" Is that so?" Aastha asked her.

" Duh! It's because our souls are connected, we are meant to become best of friends." Aayushma claimed.

Hearing how Aayusma self-claimed herself as her best friend, Aastha doesn't know whether she should be angry or cry, she could only give a sad smile.

But suddenly Aastha smiles coldly, looking at Aayushma she said "Every day you are pestering me persistently, who could be other than you, who would keep following as if they don't have any work. It's annoying, could you stop bothering me!"

Saying that Aastha turns, leaving shocked Aayushma behind.

Hearing Aastha bitter words, Aayushma was hurt but she notices the sad smile of Aastha which confuses her more.

One thing Aayusma could surely say from this conversation with Aastha is that she isn't a bad person, she is just afraid of being hurt so she subconsciously uses her sharp tongue to protect herself.

Right then Aayushma determined herself that she would break the wall in front of Aastha's heart and be her friend.

Aastha finishes all the class, she was relieved that she doesn't bump into Aayushma as well as Aarzan.

She is happy that she doesn't run to them but somewhat sad too cause she couldn't meet Aarzan. She wanted to have just a glimpse of his nothing more. She wanted to see how was he but she didn't want to see him too.

She was so engrossed sorting out her thought, she didn't even notice the person in front of her, resulting in her falling right into the arm of the person.

When she smells the familiar scent, she froze but soon relaxes in his arm, letting a sigh out.

However, she soon regains consciousness, as a warm hand held her waist tightly as if afraid she would run away.

She lifts her head, looks at the familiar handsome face.

" Sorry, I didn't notice you" Aastha apologised, trying to run but who knew that Aarzan wouldn't let her go.

Aastha quietly and modestly asked him to let her go, " Sir, could you let me go."

However, he didn't let go of her waist instead he tightens it.

Aastha was irritated so she pinches his hand harshly that he had to let go of her waist.

Aastha angrily looks at him before saying, " I am really sorry, bumping into you but you shouldn't casually hold others in your arms."

Without waiting for his reply or any reaction she runs away at her top speed.

When Aarzan sees Aastha running away after scolding, he was stunned but more amused.

He was amused by her skills to change her character in a moment.

1st she acted like a frail woman but when he didn't listen she changes to a tigress.

Here Aarzan was amused by her however Aastha was scolding herself.

" Why? Just why do I have to run into him?" she is continuously blaming herself.

She just wish to catch a glimpse of him not run into his arms through his warmth and smell give her a sense of relief and security it also forces her to remember things she didn't want to!
