" Show me the recent files of the project the company is working on and I need detailed information about them. Don't leave the tiniest detail" Aastha said to them as soon as she starts the meeting which surprised the people in the meeting room.

They were astonished by Aastha's efficiency in doing work.

" AND I need a detailed idea from everyone on those projects, make a copy of each file for everyone in this meeting room. You all can have meetings with the people in your departments and come up with different ideas," she said to the manager of different departments.

Then she looks towards Mr Bhattarai and said " You should also read the project and tell me your ideas on them ". In response to that, he nods his head and replied "ok I will read them"

Then she looks toward managers and said " You all may think all of you are from different departments so how will you submit your proposals related to other fields but I don't mind the ideas given by all of you cause the more the people involved more ideas will be there. You all can even consult your family members too" more they listen to Aastha more they admire her.

They all were ashamed because of their initial prejudice towards her so to repent on it they silently listen to her.

After giving orders Aastha was about to stand from her seat but she again sat on the chair and said " That's all for today if you don't have any questions..." she pauses for a moment and said " If any of you have any doubt then feel free to question.

" Boss if we consult so many people won't the information regarding projects leaked out" Aastha was quite surprised cause a middle-aged man refer her as the boss but she was quite satisfied cause someone took the initiative to point out the drawback of the given order.

" Yes, information may be leaked out " hearing her words everyone has ' so why did you say we should consult other' look on their faces but nobody dares to say that in her face.

"But we can risk that cause all of you will only consult the ideas and plans with people of our company and as for your family members don't say it is for company-new projects..." Aastha said.

she pauses for a moment she thought of a better idea so and turns her attention to Mr Bhattarai and said" Tell this to everyone in the company that whoever comes up with the best proposal will have a 2% share in the company. So that's all for today, all the best to all of you and don't forget I will also be participating in it bye" As Aastha said that she walks to the door she paused for a moment then turn around and said, " you all have time till next Tuesday " saying that she leaves the meeting room leaving a 2% share bomb in the company.

After she leaves everybody in the meeting room was shocked that they could get a 2% share but they were more determined to make it theirs. Even Mr Bhattarai was so shocked that he forget to walk out of Aastha to the door so when he regains his thought he hurriedly walks to catch up to Aastha.

When he sees Aastha near to the door he called out her name "Ms Aastha wait for a moment " as she hears her name is being called out from behind she turn around to find Mr Bhattarai huffing and puffing as he runs up to her.

"Is there any problem Mr Bhattarai?" Aastha asked him.

Mr Bhattarai takes a mouthful of air and steady his breath then asked " What you said in the meeting room is it correct?" seeing Aastha arced her eyebrow looking slightly confused he explains " About granting share to the winner is it correct?"

When she heard his question she nods her head " yes it is. is there any problem with that?"

"Are you sure?'' he further confirmed.

"Yes I am and if I wasn't, why will I say that to all of you, huh if you want the share then you better make the best one," Aastha said to him getting irritated from continuous confirmation relating shares.

Seeing Aastha is starting to get impatient with him he closes his mouth and remains silent but he remains at her side looking at her.

" Is there anything you needed? " she asked as she noticed he hadn't gone.

" No..." just as he replied he suddenly recalls that he had come running after cause he wanted to drop her home so he hurriedly added" O Yes... I was going offer you a ride home if you don't mind " he politely said to her.

" SORRY Mr Bhattarai I have my own scooter so I don't need a ride. I will see you on Tuesday bye." Aastha walks to the parking lot without waiting for her reply.

Mr Bhattarai could only sigh as he sees her walking out of the building to the parking lot and thought ' If only my daughter could be as intelligent as her'.
