TEACHING A LESSON

After buying the company Aastha toured around the company with Mr Bhattarai.

"Mr Bhattarai I may be new to this Business world but I am young and full of new ideas so I wish employees of this company will understand it. I want to conduct the meeting this afternoon at 4 O'clock with all the respective department heads and hear their ideas on different projects" Aastha requested Mr Bhattarai. after listening to her request Mr Bhattarai left to arrange the meeting while Aastha toured around the company herself.

The reason she hired Mr Bhattarai was that he knows in and outs of the company and its client so she knew he will manage the company well.

Aastha knew that the reason the company is on the verge of bankruptcy wasn't the fault of proper management but the lack of new ideas and their implementation as well as large corruption of shareholders.

But when the company slowly start to take loss all shareholders left the company except Mr Bhattarai who bought all the shares and remain here.

Now all the share is in Aastha's hand as well the sole power of command which will help to minimize the corruption and help to take action decisively and fast. After some time Mr Bhattarai return and informed her time.

"The meeting will start in 30 minutes Ms Aacharya in the meeting room so shall we move fast and finished the tour and head toward the meeting room and wait for them if you don't mind waiting" Mr Bhattari suggest Aastha.

" No, I don't mind so let's reserve the tour for later and head to the meeting room. I would like to examine the attitude of the employees regarding their punctuality" Aastha said that and headed to the meeting room.

After arriving at the meeting room Aastha sits at the head of the table while Mr Bhattarai sat at her side.

Sometime later the head of each department comes to the meeting room and sat at the table but they were quite surprised to see a young girl seated at the head of the meeting table.

Among them, the manager of the PR department looks at her with disdain with a red face coldly" humph" and sat in his place but Aastha clearly saw that but didn't say anything.

She understands this is a critical moment in the company and they are at the end of the rope so she doesn't mind their manners today but she won't tolerate them later.

They may even suspect her as Mr Bhattarai mistress so they were being cold Aastha thought and she was more 100% correct cause they really suspect her and Mr Bhattarai's relationship. So to eliminate further misunderstanding Aastha introduce herself which cause quite a sensation in the meeting room.

"Hi, I am Aastha Aacharya new owner of the company. You all can call me Ms Aastha from now on." everyone inside the meeting room was shocked to hear that.

"Owner ha! Are you sure you bought the company, not your sugar daddy? " As Aastha introduced herself, the manager of the PR department accuse her morality with disdain filled eyes.

" Look kid if you bought the company then it's ok but leave all of the work regarding the company to us you just go to your DADDY and enjoy yourself ok, "The PR manager said to Aastha motioning "shoo shoo " from his hands.

Listening to the PR manager's nonsense, black lines formed in Mr Bhattarai's face whereas worry could be seen on the face of managers of different departments as they see a calm look on Aastha's face but her eyes have a dangerous gaze.

Aastha looks toward Mr Bhattarai and asked, " What's his name?" with a calm voice, but you could detect faint irritation and anger in it.

Mr Bhattarai shivered and was shocked to realize that he feels intimidated by Aastha's voice but he shakes this feeling and hurriedly replied " He is the PR mana..."

" What's his name? I don't want his position did you understand this Mr Bhattarai?" she cut him off calmly but everybody could tell that she was furious and mad.

The intimidating aura faintly released from her was oppressing the people in the meeting room.

Mr Bhattarai wipes off the sweat from his forehead feeling intimidated. He realizes his mistake of underestimating Aastha's capability and he is ashamed that he couldn't judge the people properly. He thought that she is a young lady so he would be the one managing everything while she will be the owner in the name only but now he realizes how wrong he was. He feels utterly ashamed to not scold the PR manager just then.

He looks at the PR manager and shook his head. " His name is Mr Rajan Gurung" Mr Bhattarai politely answered her.

" So Mr Gurung tells me did I do something wrong to you? or did I offend you somehow. I can understand you misunderstand me because I am young but who gave you the right to question my morality and my family's teaching to you huh" Aastha coldly question him.

" I have already bought the company so I am seated at the head of the table. Do you understand what does it mean? It means I have absolute control in this company and I am your boss. Even if I am someone's mistress or the heir of a famous family you have no right to question my morality as it is none of your business. Do you understand? and it is not only to Mr Gurung but to all of you ok" Aastha gives them a warning and they better thank god that it is the 1st day if it wasn't she will just fire all of them.

After hearing her warning nobody dared to talk. They just thought she is too domineering and they better listen to her if not god knows what this devil will do to them. As if they come to a mutual understanding they all just nod their head to her saying they understand.

She smiles in satisfaction and said " Good". After seeing her smile and hearing her saying" good" they feel like they were a student and mere 21 years old kid their teacher from her intimidating aura.

"So let's officially start the meeting," Aastha said with a small smile on her face.
