One year. We patiently waited but he didn't return. He failed to fulfill his promise to me and Kiah.
"Happy Birthday Kiah. Happy Birthday, Kiah. Happy Birthday our dear Kiah. Happy birthday to you," we sang which made her smile. After a while, she closed her eyes and then blow her candle for a wish.
