       Jess’ plane landed thirty minutes earlier than its scheduled arrival at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. But to him, it did not travel fast enough.        He could have taken the same plane which retrieved the bodies of his men the night before. That could have brought him back to Washington nine hours earlier. But he chose to rather commute and pay for his own flight back home than sit on a plane with all his fallen men lying all around him. It was not that he did not care about them. But the feeling of guilt and regret was too much even for a man toughened by years of battles and killings. It was unbearable for him, thus he took a different plane. Although he got back a lot earlier than he should have, a black Audi Q7 was already waiting for him at the airport. Jess
