THE GIRL BOOK I

Book I, Chapter 11

The man says something to her through the window. As always the women couldn’t hear what he said. She only shows the keys to him. And he nodded. He went to the other side of the door. The woman tries to open the door. Tried is a word anyone uses. After she opened the door for him, she took out the key from her neck. She starts the truck for him. He sat down on the seat.

Things became quiet. No one said a word. The woman goes back to playing lots of iphone games on her phone. Until, the man spoke. He was saying something random. He never brought up what happened. He didn’t want to make her mad. There were lots of questions forming in his mind. He was mentally drained.

The women finally broke the ice. ‘ Did you want to watch a racing movie? ‘ . The woman asked her friend. He raises his head. He stared at her for a moment. He was wondering if she remembered what she saw. Did he want to hear what her thoughts were? No, he guesses not. He wondered who these people were. The ones who had tattoos on their body. And the fact that he was shocked that the women in front of him spoke Chinese. He thought she couldn’t. That’s what she told him before.

The man cringed his eyebrow. He was confused. ‘ The last time we watched a movie. You mention you wanted to watch a racing movie. When we went to theater five; you were disappointed. So did you want to watch a racing game? ‘ The woman made a conversation with the man. She also asked the same question. But, she rewrote it. The man was in deep thought. He decided to first put the seatbelt on. He already saw the woman have her seatbelt on.

He starts the truck. And he left the parking lot. He drove to a different place. He went to the freeway near the swamp. It smells like someone went poop. But, the smell came from the swamp. The woman asked him again. Since, he clearly ignored the question that she asked earlier. ‘ Did you want to watch a racing movie? ‘ The woman asked again as she picked up his phone.

She was holding his phone. She guessed what his phone password was. After she entered it, she was on the home screen. She types the word AMC app on his phone search. The AMC is an app where you can order movie tickets online. She ordered the tickets online. Then they reach the movie theater in Emeryville, California. They parked the car.

The women remember the number. So, they went to the kiosk to pay for the parking lot. She took the credit card from him and she paid it. After that, they walk together. They weren’t holding hands or anything like they did before. The women didn’t want to touch the man. Because; he was already being touched by someone else. She stayed quiet for a long time.

She uses his phone to long into the AMC. She showed it to the person in the movie theater. He scanned it and told us where it was. She went to the line. The man just followed her. The man ordered two ice cream sandwiches and one ice cream drumstick. The man carries her black bag. It was heavy. But, not that heavy. If that makes sense. It has her stuff. But, it also had the ashes of her first child with her. She wants her daughter to experience everything that she wasn’t able to do now. Since, her daugher isn’t with her anymore.

She was in deep thought. She was in deep sadness. She stayed quiet the whole movie night. She watches the racing movie. Even though she already watched it. Her guy friend didn’t want it. It would be his friend time. The man watches the movie as he makes jokes about it. While, the woman was too busy eating the two ice cream sandwiches. She was also on her phone. Since, she already watched it. She knew what would happen in the movie.

She was playing games on her phone. While she was looking at the job. She tries to find many jobs. So that they could hire her. Because; she needs the money. She wants to do big things. She wants to lose weight too. She has three more months left until her 34th birthday. Since, it’s coming up soon. And she was still planning on doing something awesome for her birthday.

She thinks of many things. What kind of birthday did she want? What kind of performance should be held on her birthday? One thing for sure she wanted to lose a lot of weight. To show to every man that has hurt her what they were missing. She hasn't finished making her powerpoint by herself yet. Since, she doesn’t have pictures of what she looks like while growing up. There were no pictures of it.

She could hear her friend making jokes about the movie. She tries her best to resist the urge to roll her eyes. She only watches scenes that seem awesome to her. She didn’t look at him at all. This was bothering the man. He starts to frown. He took a glance at his female friend. The women who had mutual understanding with him. He tries to put his hand on her lap. When he does so, she swaps his hand away from her lap. She pretended there was something on her leg.

Within the middle of the movie, he starts to yawn. As he does so, he raises his arms up. He made it like that. Because; he wants to wrap his arms around her neck. He watches how she reacts. But, there was no reaction. He starts to rub her back. He hopes this will reduce the tension that he created not long ago. For the women; on the other hand, she didn’t like his touch one bit. Why may you ask? It’s because it was the same hands that the blonde hair girl was touching before.

After the movie was done for about two hours or so, the man carried the black bag. He didn’t say anything. He stayed quiet too. He went to the bathroom first to do his business. And the woman went to the bathroom afterwards to do her business. After that long night, they drove back to his place. The women stayed quiet the whole time. She was always on her phone. Playing games to keep her mind and heart in check. She doesn’t want to go berserk with her emotions going haywired.

The man fell asleep in his own bed. As for the women, she was wide awake. She couldn’t sleep at all because she had insomnia. Even when her friends were next to her. She still couldn’t sleep. She has too many things in her mind lately. She couldn’t understand why she doesn’t feel hungry in the morning. But she would feel hungry in the middle of the night. That’s how she gained weight. And become ugly so easily.

This time she will have the motivation. She won’t give up. She continues to look for a job. Her eyes were telling her to sleep. So, she did after she charged her phone.

Another boring day

It was another boring day. Nothing fun as always. The women woke up early. She was going to get ready for her job interview. But the man told her he won’t drop her to her job interviews today. So, she purses her lips tightly. She didn’t say anything. The man lays on bed with his phone on hand.

The man sighs. They both took a shower together. They were nothing but friends. There shouldn’t be any hard feelings. The women walk to the bathroom to do her business and such. Then she washes her hands. And dry them. She undressed herself. She put the water on for the bathroom shower.
