Taylor came into the counter. He helps the customers right away. Rose took notice that the items that some customers were looking for are not in this store. She watches him having a hard time with it. “ Excuse me, if you’re looking for those specific items that O’Reilly Auto Parts don’t have then you can come to this store “. Rose butt in a graceful manner. Daniel, Carla and Isaac watch their boss helping the customer. They also saw Rose take out a fancy but beautiful flier and business card. They saw the customer that their boss was ringing up and took the paper. The customer was curious and looked towards the beautiful girl. He was going to ask her a question. But he was surprised at her answer.

He wants to know how she knew the question he wanted to ask before being asked. “ Oh that! That’s Crimson Cobra Zoneparts. It has the necessary items that you are looking for. They can also do maintenance in any types of vehicles that you or anyone have. They can change oils, etc. for a discount “. Rose spoke to the customer in an exciting and professional way. She continues giving the male customer a warm welcome in the store. It gives them a message that she is here to help. The male customer was excited as he nodded towards the beautiful women. He likes what she has to say. “ If you don’t have time to go to this location then they have a kiosk or an online website where you can order it and they will deliver it right into your home and also do the services that you ask of them “. Rose spoke professionally. It was easy to do. She did this before.

She likes to make customers happy. Taylor just watches on. He likes how she was calm and collected. He also likes how she tries to help him with the customers even though she doesn’t work at O’Reilly Auto Parts. The male customers took the flier and business card. Taylor continues to ring the male customers' items up. The male customers paid for a few items that were in the store. He smiled towards her. “ Thank you miss for helping me. I will let my family and friends check this place out “. He spoke to her calmly and sincerely like his eyes sparkled. “ You’re very welcome sir. I hope you have a great day sir “. Rose smoothly talks to the male customer.

It wasn’t forced. It was actually a genuine smile and greeting. She waved at the male customer a goodbye as he left the store happily for once.Taylor smiled. He knew that his long time friend was here to help out. He doesn’t want this store’s rating to drop. Few minutes have passed. The workers had their jaws dropped. This was the first time hearing and seeing every customer that their boss rings up coming out of the store happy. Things have calmed down for a while. So no customer came in yet. “ Thank you Rose for helping me out with all those customers for this store. You didn’t have to help me with it. But wow, this was the first time seeing every customer genuinely smile as they left the store “. They heard their boss giving her compliments after compliments. “ You’re very welcome, Taylor. I wanted to help out. I didn’t want this store to go out of business due to the low rating of this store. Beside that is how real customer service is “ Rose says to him and everyone who are here.

When she said this, her eyes were lingering towards Carla Paris. Rose could see Carla clenching her fist as if she wanted to punch her in the face. “ Carla Paris was it? I don’t think what you’re planning to do with that fist has to do with you trying to punch me in the face, does it? “ Rose says to her as if she’s making a conversation. Taylor took notice of it right away. He stands in front of Rose. It was his way of protecting her. “ What’s the matter with you Carla? Are you trying to pick a fight against Rose without knowing who she is? Your actions will affect the store but also you in this matter “ Carla heard her boss speak. She had no choice but to unclench her fist.

She wants to know how this Rose person knew what she was planning to do. Rose placed her hand on his arm that was closest to her. “ Don’t worry about it Taylor. As we speak, her actions are being seen. She cannot lie her way out of this one. I will make sure of it “. Rose says to their boss Taylor. She ignores Carla. She’s not worth it all. ‘ Not only that, someone will inform you and the owner of the store about something very serious. Yes this has to do with the well being of Carla Paris and the attitude that she showed towards me. As well as the misjudgment of Daniel on his part. When I made a concern about her, all he did was brush me off. He thinks I am being paranoid. And yet he claims to be my friend ‘. Rose says to Taylor as she starts to frown.

She tries her best to hold her tears. She doesn’t want to show weakness to the person she hates the most.‘ Taylor for right now, I will decide the fate of everyone who works for O’Reilly Auto Parts here at Moeser Shopping Center in El Cerrito, California. Everything will be explained in due time. I just wish I still have time to live a normal life. Please pass this message to the owner of O’Reilly Auto Parts. We do not tolerate anything that this store is hiding. Make no mistake ‘. Rose says to her longtime friend. She had received all the memories she had forgotten. Soon the memories she had before when she had amnesia or anything else will disappear.

She didn’t have time to earn money yet. Or find a job so she could give her dead daughter respect. The pair of twins could feel Rose’s sadness. They understood what to do next. Even though it was complete silence. ‘ I want you twin to do a background check on everyone who works at every O’Reilly Auto Parts store in every city and county. I want to know who these people are before the next meeting comes ‘. Rose says to them. They nodded in agreement. They do as they please. And they disappeared as everyone in their room blinked their eyes.

‘ This is something we cannot discuss in front of customers ‘. Rose says to Taylor. As she said that, many people came into the store. It was as she predicted. Carla can’t do anything about it. She was going to go back to where Daniel was. But, Taylor stopped her. ‘ I need to speak with you Carla. Daniel and Isaac you handle this many customers on your own. Come Rose, we need to discuss things as well ‘ . The district manager Taylor spoke without turning to face Carla. As for Carla herself, she walked towards the back of the store. Taylor follows her with Rose right behind them. Few minutes have passed. There were many people coming to the store. It was like rush hour. How will Daniel and Isaac handle this? They wonder. But, this will be a test put onto them without the guys noticing it.

‘ Care to explain the meaning of this Carla ‘ . Taylor said to her as her back was what he could only see. She turned around to see what he meant. She was face to face with her boss. While, she sees Rose with a smirk on her face. She wonders what her boss is talking about. “ You disrespect my friend Rose here without knowing who she was. Even when she came to visit Daniel Payne. The man who claims to be a friend to Rose “. Taylor says to her. He was disappointed in her. He saw Carla starting to open her mouth. But no words came out. And she closed her mouth. Before she said anything, he took his cellphone out. And click one of the videos that was anonymously sent by someone else. He put the volume to the level that only her and Rose could hear. It was a video of that day. The day Daniel Payne confesses his feelings for Carla herself. And that she was about to do a dirty deed without knowing what’s going on. She stayed quiet. She just watches as the video starts to play.

The video shows the various dates of each video. It was like a normal day. People come in and out of the store. There was no Isaac at the store yet. It was just Daniel Payne, Carla Paris and another coworker of theirs. An innocent girl came back to work. The innocent girl had black hair and brown eyes. She appears to be naive and doesn’t know anything. But, do not let her fool you. Because; she could bite back. ‘ Daniel! ‘ The innocent girl called out to him. She ran towards him. She gave him a hug. He hugged her back. As for Carla, she was leaning on the table of work in front of the store. She was the one watching the scene as she helped the customers. But, the customer she appeared to be helping was a friend of hers.

She tries not to grit her teeth and appears to not care. As for the innocent girl, she felt as if someone was staring at her. She knew who it was. She could see in the back of her head. The girl could tell that the blonde hair girl was with her two friends. One man and one woman. These people heard her voice. They could see how excited they were to see this person named Daniel. They watch on. As they looked at them, one of them saw what their friend Carla was trying to do. Trying to ignore the voice. It was distracting. They both took a deep breath. For the innocent girl, she thought these people were speaking in English even though it was spanish.
