chapter 16- Until I Say So

     Dravens pov

  My Father. My Father. My f*****g Father.

"Wait, so you said one of your powers is premonition, so does that mean you can see things from the past." I asked.

"Yes, I can but I have to drink an assortment of herbs and holding something of that person to see their past, it doesn't just come about like images of the present or future." she said.

"Do you think you can do it for my father? I mean he disappeared years ago and we all presumed he was dead and I for one would like to know what he's been up to these past few years." I said.

"I can do it. I would just need star anise, hellebore and belladonna and also something of your fathers." she said

" I have those in the cabinet downstairs. And we don't have anything of his but what about my blood. Afterall, he is my biological father." I said

Vlad cut in at this part. "Darling, that should work I mean they share the same blood. But to avoid seeing Savannahs past just focus on his paternal side." he said,

" That could actually work. Thanks baby." she said kissing him. I felt a pang at my heart from seeing this. It was making me miss Carina.

"Okay well I will send someone to get the herbs and a bowl and a knife." I said and they nodded.

  "Craig can you get my a bowl a knife, star anise, hellebore and belladonna." I mindlinked Craig.

  "Yea sure may I ask what for?" he linked back.

  "Long story short the witch my father knows has premonition as a power and she says my father has Carina. Oh and Carina is apparently pregnant. So I need her to look into his past that way we can find him." I linked back to him.

  "Wait your father. As in like your real father. What the f**k. And can this witch see Jasmine. I miss my mate man. I feel empty without my baby." he said. I felt bad for him. Jasmine was literally the light of his life but then again all of our mates are that's how it is.

  "when you get here we can see" I said back.

I ended the link after that.

"My beta is getting all the stuff. And he wants to know if you can check on his mate Jasmine. Actually would you be able to check in on all of them. Just so we know how we will find them when we find them."

"Yea sure I can do it now if you want only because this spell will drain me and I won't have the energy to see anything and it will mess with my powers." she said.

"Yes its very bad. There were times she exhausted herself too much she'd faint or get terrible nose bleeds there was this one time she was in a coma for a few months I thought I was going to lose my shit." Vlad said wrapping his arms around his mate and kissing her neck. God this killed me.

"Oh wow, I always thought witches had like an unlimited amount of energy." I said and she laughed.

"No, no its not like that at all. Think of it as working out or fighting but your mind and body are doing all the work and it just drains everything." she said.

"That's interesting. But yea we wouldn't want you to overexhaust yourself. You are a friend of my fathers and that makes me care about your wellbeing any friend of his is a friend of mine. So do whatever you need to do." I said. And she came over and gave me a hug.

"You are very kind. I appreciate this because not everyone in this world is as kindhearted as you. Never lose that." she said.

"I don't plan to." I said

"Alright well let me concentrate on seeing how they are doing." she said and then she stepped back and her eyes turned like a very white purple. It was almost like there wasn't any purple at all but you could see just a hint of it. Just then Craig walked in. "Whats going on is she okay?" he asked worried.

"She is looking to see how everyone is doing." I told him and he smiled knowing I had asked her. It's the least I could to. Craig is a great beta and he doesn't get enough credit. Then Alessandra came back. "What did you see darling." Vlad asked. And we all looked at her curiosly.

"Everyone is doing good, so far he's kept Rafael, Jasmine and Santiago in the same room together and they are unharmed. But Carina is in her own room."

"That's great. Well for everyone else. Is Carina unharmed." Craig said and I was wondering the same myself.

" Well not exactly." she said.

"What is not exactly." I asked getting nervous.

"Well it seems your father has done some experimenting on Carina and injected her with Phoenix blood and he's also burned her skin but she is healing fast." she said and I clenched my fist so hard I could feel blood dripping.

"And how do you call that not exactly harmed." I said my wolf was ready to reach the surface. Howling in pain because of what our mate is going through.

" Well because your mate is a white wolf she will take in the power of the Phoenix, Normally you'd either have to be a white or pure black wolf in order to experiment at an older age otherwise it would have to be in the womb but because of this. It means that he doesn't know she will acquire new power and no one knows when it depends when her wolf decides to release it. But this could be good news." She explained.

"Oohhh see I didn't know that" me and Craig said at the same time. Vlad and Alessandra just laughed.

"Okay let's get started, the faster we do this the closer we get to saving them all." Alessandra said. she crushed up the herbs in the bowl, and then picked up the knife.

"Draven I need you now." She said and I walked over to her and held my hand out to her she cut my palm and before it could heal she placed it over the bowl and let the blood drip in there. "Okay I'm going to need everyone to step back." she said.

Alessandra then drank the substance, and after 30 seconds now her eyes were red and she lifted in the sky. she had red magic all around her.

"Whats happening to her? Why are her eyes red don't they turn purple when she does magic.?" I asked Vlad

" No her eyes turn purple when she looks at the present or future, but because this us more of a spell when she does actual magic her eyes turn red and her magic is also red. Hence why she is called the red witch." he said looking at his mate with so much admiration, I wondered if that's what I looked like when I looked at Carina.

After about 5 minutes Alessandra came back down. And she started to hold her head like she had a massive migraine. But Vlad was at her side already holding her up and soothing her. "What did you see darling?" he asked her.

"So your father has been up to quite a lot, when he left he made his own pack called the demonic rogue pack, he's taken in a bunch of rogues and made them pack members, he also injected himself with vampire blood and being he is a pure black wolf he is able to have the powers of a vampire, he is also working with someone in this pack named Christopher, he's been getting information from him for years." she said and that flipped my switch.

"I'm sorry, what." I said

"My father, was behind this?" Craig said looking disappointed. And then angry. he was about to Storm out of the room when I stopped him.

"Let me go Draven. I have to stop him."

he said. "not right now. Let's talk to my family plus Carinas. then we deal with your father." I said but his eyes turned black. "HE HELPED KIDNAP MY MATE." he said and his wolf was on the verge. "CRAIG, STAND DOWN NOW." I used my Alpha voice on him and the whole room shook, I hated using my Alpha voice on him but it had to be done. He started to calm down, and then he dropped to his knees and started sobbing. "I need my mate, my baby, my life, I need her. He took her from me. He needs to die." He said.

"He will but we must inform her family first. and my mom and trey and Talon and then we can take care of your father." I said getting down on my knees with him. "We will find them. And we will get them back even if it's the last thing I do. We will do this together like we always have." I said to him and he pulled me in for a hug. We stood up and Vlad stated."Being that he is half vampire and who knows how many other wolves and newborns he experimented on I wish to bring my clan into this with your permission?" He was very clever and kind for a vampire. "You have my permission. Thank you." I said shaking his hand. "No thank you. For years there's been some stupid feud with our kind I just hope to end it and it starts with us." he said. "I couldn't agree more."

We made our way to meet everyone in the meeting room which was completely sound proof. When I entered the room with Alessandra, Vlad, and Craig. There were a bunch of gasps as well Carinas family hasn't seen much of the supernatural so adding a witch and a vampire to the mix is a shocker. I took my seat at the head of the table. Thankfully this room is soundproof so Christopher can't hear through here.

"Welcome, Everyone. We have much to discuss. First off my good friends Alessandra and Vlad have found who has Carina and the others. It is my father." There were gasps. "It can't be" Trey and my mother were in shock. "I know my father was presumed dead but he is very much alive and well obviously but that is not all he has experimented on himself with vampire blood and has been successful, he also has a pack of rogues, and has injected Carina with Phoenix blood. I had just learned that Carina is pregnant with my child. But due to her being a white wolf she will take in the power. So no harm will come to her or the baby in that area. But due to this Vlad and his clan will be helping us which means his clan will be staying here with us until we can find and get rid of my father. Not only that my father has an accomplice. Our good friend Christopher. He has betrayed this pack to help my father. We must get in to the dungeon and find out where they are." I said. "Oh s**t the funs about to start. I can't wait to torture the bastard." The twins say.

"We are with you Alpha, but we need something from you." Her uncle Rami said.

"What is that?" I asked. "We are humans going against supernatural creatures, I mean we are pretty badass but werewolves and hybrids are no match for us. you'll need to change us." He said.

"I couldn't agree more. But know you will be apart of my pack. You can all return home but when I call on you you must come." I said.

"Of course, your family now afterall." Marco said. "Then it's settled first we get Christopher and then I will turn all of you luckily the full moon is in two days so you'll all be wolves by then. And then we get Carina." I said. And they all looked happy.

It didn't take long to find Christopher. He was in his room. "Whats the meaning of this?" he yelled. "Well let's see should I go down the list, you've been working with my father all these years, betraying me and this pack, oh and you helped kidnap not just my mate but Aylas mate and Craig's mate and you've pissed off one big mafia family and your son wants you dead now so we will get information out of you." I said, and he had gone pale. "I will tell you nothing." He said. "Oh good the hard way. we are all looking for some fun so you'll be tortured by each and every one of us till we get our answer. TAKE HIM TO THE CELL." I said. "Craig make them stop, I'm your father. I was only doing what's right for the pack. The Alpha and the luna are too strong together." he was begging for Craig to give in. "Your not my father anymore. You took my mate. Your nothing more than a stranger now, and that isn't for you to decide, it's the moon goddess. She paired them for a reason. And why is it a bad thing they are strong together that just means we have a stronger pack." he said. I swear I couldn't be prouder to call him my beta. "you know what Craig. I couldn't be prouder of my beta right now. If either of us weren't happily mated I'd kiss you right now." I said. "You know what if I wasn't happily mated I'd accept that with an open mouth, and tongue too papi. Better get your chapstick ready." He puckered his lips. And we laughed dragging his father to the dungeon. Me and Craig decided to be the last ones to torture him we decided to let the twins go first. "Alright let's get this show on the road. They don't call us the Grim Reaper Twins for nothing." And they started. And let's just say they came to play...

         Carinas pov

I was so drained after getting that injection. But I was glad because Dominic doesn't know we are a white wolf so he doesn't know he's literally giving me power. But I am not sure when I will get those powers. " you'll get them when we are ready." my wolf said to me. " yea we are ready now. We have a pup to protect." I said back to her but she didn't answer. And then Dominic came back in with a tray of food. He pulled his stool in front of me and was trying to spoon feed me I didn't take it. "Eat." he said. I didn't open my mouth. "Eat. The. Food." he said again. I still didn't open my mouth. "I SAID EAT THE f*****g FOOD." He tried using his Alpha voice on me but I'm a Luna I can't be commanded by any Alpha unless its Draven. Because he is my mate. So I kept my mouth shut.

  He set the food aside, and he grabbed my face hard. "You will eat thus food because you have my grandchild in your stomach, and you will keep this baby healthy. UNTIL I SAY SO." he said. "Wow your so caring, if you wanted your grandchild so dam healthy you wouldn't have kidnapped me, maybe a postcard would have done." I said. "Ahh the moon goddess does know how to pick them. She certainly gave my son a mouthy one. But don't worry we will be reunited soon. So like I said your going to eat this food for your baby. So stop being so stubborn and eat the dam food." He said. And I hated it. I hated that he was right. I was pregnant it wasn't just me anymore, I could starve days on end but my baby can't. Ugh. WHY MOON GODDESS DID YOU HAVE TO MAKE ME PREGNANT NOW FOR. RIGHT IN THE MOMENT I DONT NEED TO BE PREGNANT THE MOST. But then the words kept repeating in my head.
