After Luna had told me about the good news, I thought about Alpha Koen's expectations of her. " There is no need to mate with alpha Koen any longer,"" I said to Luna, who was sitting beside me in bed. " Are you planning to tell him that I am pregnant with your late son? Expecting him to let me go.?"" Luna asked me, with seriousness in her. " Yes, he will leave you alone. " Good day, Lan, how is it, and my mother?"" I asked, with my hands shivering. I know something must have happened to my mother, since Lan hasn't given me any feedback concerning her.

" Am sorry Mrs Rebecca, we lost your mother, '' he replied. " What!"" I screamed loudly on the phone. I didn't know when the phone fell from my hands. Without hearing Lan's conclusion. Luna picked it up, and she noticed Lan was still talking.

" What is it, Lan,.? Luna asked Lan anxiously.

"Mrs Deborah is dead." Lan replied Luna. Luna, held the phone with her mouth open in surprise. She summoned courage and Lan asked what exactly had killed my mother. " She died of a cold. Though I felt pity about helping her the little I could with first aid, that would put me into trouble if alpha koen got to know about it."" Lan answered, he ended with the instructions from alpha Koen where I had to pick up my mother's body.

I kept crying, the more. A few minutes later, the news about my mother's death went viral. Everyone ran to my house to console me. Believing that Mrs Deborah didn't have a hand in her son's death, rather all fingers were pointing at Alpha koen. Unfortunately, alpha koen got the news about the pack members' visit. He was informed by Xavier, who was after favor from alpha Koen. " Let the guard surround Mrs Rebecca's house, make sure that no one visits her, and whoever does should be punished for that. Xavier, hypocritically, told me about it, but I was left alone to bury my dead mother. I was still contemplating on who to go with, when Luna requested to go with me.

" No, he will kill me if he gets to know that you went with me. Please, I would like to live for you and my grandchild, so allow me to do this alone. Though it might seem impossible to give my mother the last honor she deserves without anyone's assistance. How will I carry my mother, prepare her tomb, alone and bury her? The best I could do now is to set my eye on her body, and after that, allow alpha Koen to do whatever he wishes to do with her dead mother. He has finally killed my mother, so he should do the rest himself."" I replied to Luna, as my eyes were filled with tears.
