Raven quickly made a step back when the sun rays reached his skin. Half of his right arm hissed as it burns. He smelled its familiar burning scent. He gritted his teeth as he watched his burn gradually healed. After a minute or so, his wound was gone. Not even a trace was left.
His forehead deeply creased as his gaze went back outside the window. Even from his distance, he can clearly see what was happening outside. He saw how Anna pushed the General away from her after that f*****g stunt he did.
‘Do not force yourself on the young lady, Sir. And the fact that you’re a General. You must value your dignity and image,’ Elliot butts in. And Raven a sudden temporary relief at what his valet did.
