KIRA suddenly felt like she was floating on air so she immediately opened her eyes. She gazed nervously at the person who was carrying her. When she met Raven's eye, she somehow felt at ease. Thank God! He thought that he was someone else.
"Hey…”
"Stay. I like carrying you like this." He honestly said to her as if he could read her mind. She diverted her eyes elsewhere as she could feel her cheeks burning. She decided to remain in his arms. She clutched his neck tightly in fear of falling down even as she noticed them climbing the stairs.
Kira could smell his scent – it’s very addicting. She unconsciously buried her face in his neck. She didn't even know why she did that. Her body just acted on its own.
"So you really are here," Raven stopped walking. Even Kira paus
