The After Truth

            I got up out of his bed and walked over to the bathroom. When i opened the door i saw the catastrophe the was his bathroom. It was a complete mess. Clothes strewn everywhere, mirror filthy, everything is a mess, I turned around and asked him "hey. why is your bathroom so messy?" i let out a small laugh. he looked up at me with tired eyes. I gave him a sympathetic smile and said "don't worry I'll clean it up for you" i shot him a cheerful smile as i began to clean up.                                                          About thirty minutes later i finished and looked over my masterpiece. The room was practically sparkling. Proud of my self i walked out  of the bathroom with a large smile and slumped onto his bed. I watched him pull a lighter out of a cu-bared  his nightstand and what appeared to be a joint then he looked at me and smiled. "you want a hit?" he said and nodded towards the joint. i leaped forward and grabbed it out of his hand and put it in my mouth "light me up." i said tapping the end of the joint. He reached out and lit it. I took a long deep in-hail, held it for little and then breathed it into his mouth. Which, predictable as it is, made him kiss me. He pulled away, plucked it out of my hands and took a long hit and blew it out in my mouth. We did this back and forth for about twenty minutes when the blunt burnt out. Then we lye there, hand in hand looking up at the ceiling droning on and on about random minor worries that we share. We both sat up. Looked at each other. Looked away. He slowly stood up and walked over to his closet. Pulled out a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. "what are you doing?" i said abruptly. "im taking you out." he said plainly.  So i got up and marched over to his closet to grab an outfit. I grabbed a pair of sweatpants that are tight around the waist and baggy on the legs. I grabbed a red crop-top to pair with the black sweatpants. we gathered all our necessities, walked out to the car, got in, and drove off to where ever we were going.
