Mine

DEREK. "Derek, why don't you show Annabelle around?" my mother suggested, her smile stretching from ear to ear. I nodded, stood up, and walked toward the door. Annabelle followed. As I showed her around the mansion, she suddenly stopped walking. "You seem bored," she said quietly. "Am I boring you?" "No." "But you don't even want to know anything about me." I sighed, annoyed- "I need to head back to the office. You'll find your way back to the dining room," I said coldly. Without waiting for her response, I turned and walked away, leaving her standing there in shock. As I headed toward my car, I scoffed. "You'll give up soon enough, Annabelle," I murmured. I slid into the back seat. "Office." The driver glanced at me through the mirror. "You received a call, sir." "From whom?" "Jack." "What did he want?" "He invited you to the club." I smirked. "Take me there." --- When I arrived, the guards bowed and opened the doors. I stepped inside and scanned for Jack. As usual, he’d claimed the VIP section for himself. I shook my head. That man loved acting important. "Jack." His face lit up. "My friend!" He stood and pulled me into a hug. "What do we have here?" I asked. "Women." I rolled my eyes. "They'll be the death of you one day." Jack laughed. Then my attention shifted. Mirabella. Ice sank into my veins. She stood with a group of friends, laughing, probably celebrating her new job. The blue dress hugged her like it was meant for her. Blonde hair spilled down her shoulders. And she wasn't alone. A man had his hands on her. My jaw clenched so hard it ached. Why was I angry? She meant nothing to me. So why couldn't I look away? Why did seeing another man touch her make my blood boil? She laughed at something he said. I gripped my glass harder. The urge to walk over there and drag him away from her was becoming impossible to ignore. Psychotic? Maybe. But that's who I was. When I want something, I get it. No matter the cost. And Mirabella... She would eventually become mine. "Derek?" Jack's voice pulled me from my thoughts. "That girl?" he asked knowingly. "The one you hired today?" "So?" I snapped back. He laughed. "You're staring at her like a starving man." I shot him a warning look. "And where exactly do you fit into this conversation?" He raised both hands. "Relax. She's clearly here with her boyfriend." "Nothing stops me from getting what I want." Jack smirked. "How's Annabelle?" "f**k off." He laughed even harder. "How's the new stock?" I took a sip of my drink. "Valuable." His expression went lethal. "I've already found someone who'll be leading the girls," I said. "Oh?" "Her name is Grace." Jack nodded. "Pretty?" I looked away from Mirabella long enough to answer. "Beautiful." Then I fixed him with a cold stare. "And she's off-limits. Stay away from her." He immediately raised his hands. "Understood." He lifted his glass. "Then let's drink to that." I nodded. The rest of the night, my eyes never left Mirabella. --- MIRABELLA. Everything happened so fast today. When I walked into that office and saw Mr. Blue staring at me, I was convinced I wouldn't get the job. Then he hired me before I even finished introducing myself. I still couldn't believe it. The moment I got home, I called my best friend, Amanda. She practically screamed when I told her the news. Exciting, right? Very. Since our parents dies when I was young, Mark, my older brother has been my only family, my protector, and my best friend. All rolled into one. After leaving him a note explaining I'd be home late, I went upstairs and took a shower. But no matter how hard I tried; my thoughts kept drifting back to my new boss. His blue eyes. His muscular build. His confidence. The way he looked at me. I groaned and splashed water onto my face. “Jesus Christ, Mirabella, get a grip.” But it wasn't helping. For some reason, Derek Blue had managed to occupy every corner of my thoughts. After getting ready, I slipped into my blue dress and met Amanda and our boyfriends at the club. The night started normally. Until I felt it. A powerful stare. I looked across the room. And found him. Mr. Blue. My boss. I shifted on my legs, uncomfortable on his gaze. His eyes were locked on me. Watching. Studying. Observing every move I made. My breath hitched. My heart skipped a beat. I tried focusing on Richard, the guy I was dancing with. But it was impossible. Not when Derek Blue was staring at me like I was the only woman in the room. The intensity in his gaze made me nervous. And strangely aware of him. I looked away first. Defeated. --- DEREK. When I returned to the office later that night, I called Sean. "Derek." "Bring Grace to me." Sean hesitated. "She's refusing to eat. She's been causing problems." My expression darkened. "Bring her here." A few minutes later, Sean returned with Grace. She looked terrified. The moment our eyes met; she lowered her gaze. "You enjoy making things difficult?" I asked coldly. "N-No, sir." "Then why aren't you following instructions?" Tears gathered in her eyes. "Leave us, Sean." Sean nodded and walked out. Grace trembled. "I told you the rules." "I'm sorry, sir." "Sorry doesn't erase disobedience." She lowered her head. "I'll be good." “Strip.” “I’ll be a good girl. Please. Sir, forgive me,” She sobbed. “Grace. Firstly, I warned you,” My voice was low, dangerous. “Consequences are part of that.” “Virgin?” I asked. she shook her head. “N-No.” “Good,” I licked my lips slowly. “You are going to take me, here.” Grace swallowed hard. “I’ll teach you how to obey. Without force. With control” “Grace, strip.” I whipped her with a cane. She undressed, her hands trembling. “Hold the table.” She obeyed, her back facing me. Her hands gripped the edge hard enough to turn her knuckles white. Then I brought the cane down once against the table leg. The sharp crack made her flinch. “Ten,” I said coldly. “For every rule you broke.” I whipped her ten times. She hissed through her teeth but didn’t move. Good. She was learning. But it didn’t stop me. I was enjoying it. I undid the buckle on my belt slowly, watching her. she shivered under my stare. I smirked. I stared at her for a long moment. "See that you are? So f*****g disobedient" With a brutal force, I slammed inside her. She screamed, her voice echoing in the office. I placed my hand on her mouth, increasing pace. I thrusted deep and fast inside her. Her breasts brushing against the table with every thrust I made. She let out broken moans until I found my release. I emptied myself inside her. I turned her to face me. The fear in her eyes was obvious. So was the exhaustion. For the first time since she entered, I noticed how fragile she looked. I leaned back in my chair. "Eat your meals," I said. She blinked in surprise. "What?" "You heard me." She nodded quickly. "Yes, sir." "Good." I waved my hand toward the door. "Go." Grace didn't need to be told twice. She hurried out of the office. The moment she was gone, my thoughts drifted back to the club. To Mirabella Phillips. And for the second time in years, I found myself wanting something I couldn't immediately have. That realization irritated me more than anything.
