Amina came out of her room and rubbed her eyes as she yawned. She felt weak, her muscles were supple. She stretched and looked around the apartment, Bisi was gone, she had probably gone to work when she didn’t come out of her room since yesterday.
A loud banging came at the door again and she jerked, remembering why she had come out of her room in the first place, someone was at the door. She walked to the door and pulled it open, immediately Ifeanyi slipped past her into the house. Surprised, she closed the door and faced him.
“What are you doing here?”
She was feeling too good to deal with him today, just after she’d cast him from her mind he comes back again to reside in it.
