Jaiden screamed in frustration as the big wolf turned tail and ran in the opposite direction. He felt the wounds on his shoulder from its bites and winced, turning to look back once more towards the room Grayson disappeared into, before chasing after the wolf. It was a black wolf, the Alpha, and he assumed if the Alpha was out here then whatever was in there was nothing.
